It’s Your Work, We Hold The Mirror
Trauma can rewire the brain, causing us to learn things that aren’t true and see ourselves through a distorted mirror. It clouds our perceptions, leading us to believe false narratives about our worth, capabilities, and potential. At Lemon Key Counseling, we help you bring these beliefs into focus. Together, we’ll navigate the path to clarity, helping you rediscover your authentic self and empower you to live in your healed space.
Our Story
Lemon Key Counseling was born from a desire to deepen clinical work with those seeking healing. Initially rooted in community-based, outpatient, and forensic settings, we focused on helping individuals navigate and manage their lives through significant challenges. As we evolved, our mission became clearer: to create a practice dedicated for people to address and heal from trauma. This intention has shaped us into a space where clients feel supported and empowered to honor their past and embrace hope for their future.
